We want you to be happy with your Kokii Style purchases. We understand that thing often don't work out as expected, but don't worry we are here to help you. We accept return of unused merchandise in excellent conditions, with tags attached and no later than 15 days after receiving your order. You must send your order with the invoice and order number included in the package. We will not accept pieces that have been washed, used or altered. Do not refund money, we offer you a loan. *

DAMAGE ITEMS 

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you must return it within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days we are unable yo offer an exchange for any defective items.
